Although we do everything we can to prevent this, in order to provide a great exterior finish sometimes some water will come in. Unfortunately as the age and quality is outside of our control, we are unable to provide a guarantee or the like that no water will come inside. This is why we suggest placing old towels near these places, especially if you have not had your Home SoftWashed before and may not know where the leak points may be when a SoftWash Occurs. The reason we mention “Old Towels” is because of the colour changing aspects of our Sodium Hydrochloride (Liquid Chlorine/”Bleach”) + Bio-degradeable House Wash Mix.

We also move sensitive items away from the home that may not have been moved prior. Our SoftWash Company team members will send through preparation details to you before they visit for your service

When you have a house wash, we clean the windows with our cleaning solution to remove dirt, algae and bugs nests and ensure it is fully rinsed so that no solution dries onto the window.
